We are so excited to see many of our chapters adding a live stream version of their local meetings. We want to give you as many resources as possible to help with this. We also want to promote your live feeds whenever there is an opportunity. So please let us know if you are livestreaming and your times.
The simplest solution for Live-streaming is a smart phone with a really good camera and a tripod that can support a Smartphone. I also recommend that if you don’t have studio lights to use natural lighting as much as possible as your home lights will downgrade the quality of your footage.
Quality isn’t everything. In a crisis like the one we are currently facing just being there for people is even more important.
If you want to take it a step further here are some reccomendations:
Streaming Software
(Streaming software allows you to add extra cameras, videos, countdowns, lower thirds, etc. If you only have one camera and you don’t want to add anything else to the broadcast, you may be able to skip this software.)
(Simulcasting allows you to broadcast to more than one platform, an example would be: Streaming to Youtube and Facebook at the same time.)

Note: Loola is the only one on this list that allows streaming to Instagram
Platform
Facebook Live
Youtube (The great thing about this option is that most people with cable tv can access YouTube on their TV)
Zoom (Difficulty will vary based on number of cameras)
