The RU logo is available for the purpose of your websites and printing on paper needs. All copyrights, trademarks, trade names, service marks, and similar propietary rights in and to the RU program and any and all materials and methods provided by RU under this charter, including without limitation the term “RU” (together referred to as the “RU property”), are owned solely and exclusively by RU and that your church may use the RU property only while your charter is in effect.

Logo and name use shall be confined solely to the publicity for, identification of, and conduct of activities sponsored by your church’s RU program. Advertising shall be confined to radio and television announcements, billboards, flyers, and bulletins in church papers, local newspapers, web sites, and telephone directories. Your church shall not use the RU property in the production or sale of any types of products offered on the RU Online Store without express permission (We sometimes offer custom printed work that does not appear on our shop), Apparel products, or any merchandising are strictly forbidden. Your church agrees not to use the RU property in the publication of stories, articles, or other materials for any purpose other than the promotion of your church’s RU ministry. Your church agrees not to use any of the RU property following termination of your charter.
