Art Rorheim, founder of AWANA Clubs International, came face to face with his beloved Savior on January 5, 2018; just 4 months shy of his 100th birthday.
Art, also known as Mr. AWANA, was a dear friend to RU Recovery Ministries. In this video recorded just a few months ago, Art shares his love for RU, Steve Curington, and Ben Burks. Those of us who are close to RU in Rockford, Illinois, know that Art was instrumental in helping Steve with the development of the RU curriculum and award system.
