Happy New Year from our family to yours!

It is an honor and a privilege to serve you and your chapter through Reformers Unanimous. We pray for each one of your on a regular basis. God has called our family to serve you as together we strive to reach the addicted of America and the world! Our labor is not in vain, and it is a blessing to see the miracles of transformed lives on a regular basis. However, we often see Satan work as he deceitfully manipulates circumstances and people to continually bind the hearts of them who oppose themselves.
2011 is upon us and it is our desire to reach as many people as we can with the cause of Christ! His coming is drawing nearer and nearer and we don’t have much time…so let’s work together to draw others to Him! Increase your advertising….do your 2-3-4 plans…revive the Battle is On…bring back the 300 Club…use the tools that we know work…let’s see revival in America in 2011!

Rockford Training Days

We have chosen the dates for the 2011 Rockford Training Days. These training days are designed for new chapters as well as existing ones. Our encouragement is always to get our existing chapters to participate in the National Training Conference; however, if you are a new director or struggling in particular areas in your chapter, these special conference days may be just for you. The training team begins training each of these Friday’s at 8 a.m. and train throughout the day, including the live Rockford class at 7 pm and we end on Saturday by 11 a.m. I encourage you to sign up today (register.reformu.com). If other churches visit your program, please have them call our office to learn the most effective ways to start their own addiction program. Here are the dates for 2011:
• January 21-22
• February 25-26
• March 18-19
• April 15-16
• May 20-21
• June 17-18
• July 22-23
• August 19-20
• September 26-29 (National Training Conference and Workshops)
• October 21-22
• November 17-18
• December 16-17

We hope to see each of you sometime this year. Plan now to attend one of these conferences, especially the National Training Conference and Workshops. This year will be a difficult one in many ways (for obvious reasons), and it will do our hearts good to have our entire RU Family home for a reunion!

Sharing is Caring

God led Ben and his family (wife, Wendy; and three children, Josh, Caleb, and Hannah) to Rockford, Illinois in 2003 to become the International Director of the fastest growing addiction ministry in the United States. Bro. Burks is now privileged to travel and train others how to help the addicted within their communities.

  1. You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and extremely broad for me. I’m looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
